Practice Closure Notice

The Potteries Surgery building is temporarily closed due to a burst water pipe and a loss of electricity. We are working hard to resolve these issues and reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
Although our physical site is closed, you can still reach us online and via telephone. Please contact us and submit any requests via the Dr. iQ app or by calling the practice directly.

Saturday: Open every third Saturday. Pre-booked appointments only.
Sunday: Closed

Physical Accessibility Statement

The surgery has automated sliding doors at the front of the entrance and all floors in surgery are level.

Induction loop is available.

Please note the surgery has limited parking spaces but there are two disabled bays available for our patients.
